Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the procedures and standards for the delivery of services provided by HyIntent Media LLC (the "Company"). At HyIntent Media LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all complaints about the services we provide very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

 

Delivery Policy

Data leads will be delivered electronically via secure email, API, or access to a client portal, as per the terms of the Master Service Agreement.

 

Refunds

We may offer returns under the following conditions:

Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a demonstrable failure on the part of the Company to deliver services as outlined in the MSA or IO.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request here within 10 business days of the delivery date. The request must include the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.

Refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Company. Clients will be notified of the decision within 10 business days of submission.

 

Exceptions

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

You received what you ordered but simply changed your mind about the service.

You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it.

You received the service/product and failed to make a report to HyIntent Media LLC within 10 days from the date of receipt.

Return Policy

HyIntent Media LLC specializes in delivering high-quality data leads. Returns are not applicable for data leads. However, if data is found to be materially inaccurate or not delivered as specified in the Master Service Agreement, you may request an investigation. Our refund policy has been explained above.

 

Cancellation Policy

Either Party may terminate the Agreement, upon 7 business days’ prior written notice to the other Party. If a Party receives a third-party complaint or reasonably believes the other Party’s actions, advertisements, and/or business operations expose it to risk or damage to its business reputation, that Party may, in addition to any other right or remedy under this Agreement, suspend this Agreement immediately, until such situation can be reasonably resolved.

How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must contact us here stating your complaints within 10 days of data receipt and include all supporting documentation and evidence of inaccuracy. We will verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion and may be accepted or rejected.
